The short answer - No. 


Bagging is appreciated, not required. We do not penalize customers with fees for loose trash.


The only item we request bagging for is yard waste, which is typically set outside of trash carts.


  • Paints & paint thinners
  • Motor oils & Automotive fluids
  • Large furniture (couches, mattresses, dressers)
  • Large batteries (car, marine, or lithium batteries)
  • Hazardous waste (chemicals, pesticides, solvents)
  • Tires
  • Electronics containing batteries (TVs, computers, power tools)
  • Propane tanks
  • Construction debris (concrete, shingles, drywall, bricks)


  • Small electronics: only if batteries are removed
  • Small appliances: must fit in can; microwaves/toaster ovens not accepted
  • Yard waste: no tree limbs, we request bagging


  • We offer monthly and yearly payments.
  • Monthly payments are billed at the end of each month. We accept credit/debit cards and bank ACH. Your first month of service will be prorated, if necessary, to reflect the number of completed pickups.
  • For yearly payments, we accept credit/debit cards, bank ACH, and checks. Customers who pay for the year in advance will still receive a monthly billing reminder with an invoice of $0.00. 


  1. Fill out our form on our Free Quote/Sign Up page.
  2. We will email or text you a final quote with pickup details.
  3. You accept the quote, confirming all information is correct.
  4. We deliver a new trash cart to your address and phase you into our next pickup date.


*If you run into any issues cancelling an existing service with another provider, please let us know so we can be of assistance.


If we ever miss a pickup, please let us know immediately. We will schedule a priority pickup at no extra cost to rectify the situation.


Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. Trash pickups are scheduled every Tuesday from 5am to 5pm.


When you refer a friend that signs up with us, we will credit your account with a free month of service after your friend has successfully paid their first bill.


There is no limit to the number of referral credits for your account.
